Pros

The only thing I enjoyed was my co-workers.

Cons

Management, micromanagement everyday. Also, expect to be gaslighted every step of the way. They will manage to the lowest common denominator. Expect to hear the same mantra everyday from managers. If you are an experienced sales person, run.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. While we're glad to hear you had positive relationships with your co-workers, we're generally sorry that your time with us didnt' reflect the kind of workplace we strive to create. We've recently adopted a set of core values that guides everything we do: Safety for all; People First; Every Service Counts; Do the Right Thing; Results Focused, Ownership Driven; and Have Fun. These aren't just words, they're commitments we're working hard to live by every day. Your feedback about micromanagement and communication is concerning and not aligned with our values of putting people first and fostering ownership. We're actively working to improve how we support and empower our team members, and your perspective hels us identify where we need to do better. We're determined to shift the skepticism that feedback doesn't lead to change. Listening is a key part of doing the right thing - and we're listening now. We appreciate your time at USS and best of luck in the future.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
