Exciting job that lets you work for human space flight, ability to develop connections with NASA and get future careers with them directly instead of through a contractor.
Cons
Management and HR are embroiled in politics, program will end in 2010 with severe job cuts and no room for advancement. The company states they promote from within but rarely do you see this and instead you see everyone keeping their positions that they have had for the last 10+ years.
