Pros
I only worked for USA for a year. I was very proud to be part of the space program. I loved the concepts of the uniqueness of the work.
Cons
Too much red tape. In the 14 months that I worked there, we completed zero projects despite a tremendous amount of effort (managed very inefficiently). Seem to be stuck in the 60s, especially management's attitude toward women - they are overlooked for promotions, giving them to lesser qualified men (HR does not provide a reason why you were overlooked either, they just tell you to read and job posting and you should know what you don't have).
