Pros
40 hr week. Steady paycheck while it lasted. The Area is very nice as you have the gulf beach. I was treated pretty good with relocation expenses.
Cons
Worthless skills to market and sell. Good old boy network with strings. Low pay. The drive to and from work seems to have a lot of people driving fast and in an unsafe manner. The problem is not with the company but with some of the people you have in this good old boy network. Politics is a way of life here. Work performance metrics is determined by politics and not performance. Massive Layoffs are coming in 2011with the market flooded with older people who have been there for over 20 years.
