Very cheap when it comes to safety or employee happiness. Does not provide necessary equipment to do a task safely or correctly , citing cost as the sol reason. Almost no communication between management and employees. Excessive amounts of overtime none optional even when unnecessary. Management has almost no accountability, with everything is blamed on low level employees. Employees never receive the full training … Manatory overtime limited equipment, last Friday 5 people pushing brooms no equipment ,Holidays off are questionable anymore dont make plans
