Pros
Great benefits, decent Management, and healthy budgets if you do your job correctly.
Cons
Favoritism is very strong, lots of work but only few who actually accomplish it. Merit based raises seem out of the question or possibly they just are not keeping up with wages. Work load continues to grow for the hard workers as the lazy keep catching breaks or making excuses.
