Pros
The company's mission is inspiring, the buildings are sunny and clean. The company spends a lot of money that could be spent helping patients by throwing extravagant parties, serving free coffee and subsidizing gourmet meals.
Cons
Every single member of management, from VP Level and above, lack interpersonal skills, make questionable decisions and have limited skill sets. They model unfavorable behaviors by belittling and even mocking their employees. They provide little to no direction and have no managerial skills and generally make everyone's life miserable. If you don't fit the mold or play their games, you will be forced out. Most of the good, competent people have left or have been forced to leave.
