      You drive your own vehicle and no one else does.

      Cons

      To many Bosses, every terminal manager, Safety, ELD control person and then the Reginale Person in charge. Everyone want to tell you what to do, but no one wants to be responsible for what they tell you to do. This is the place where the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, and the drive will always be wrong.

      Will over work if you don’t speak up. Work gets slow if you’re adamant on being local only
