The pro is you can be extremely poor at your job and potentially get promoted if management likes you or has no other choice. When you’re understaffed they put the next next best in line.
Cons
Claims pay is the best, pay is below market average. Try to cut cost at the expense of the sales people and rides the coat tails of claiming it’s T-Mobiles fault.
