      Pros

      Pay would have been decent for the hours. Trainers are superb

      Cons

      Worked there for 5 days. 3 of the 5 days, people either quit. Manager was late by an hour. Or the last day manager didn't confirm with district manager that they were off. Told the director I wouldn't work under bad Management and got let go.

      They give u a cheesecake on NCD.

      Cons

      Ownership and management are nonexistent and completely out of touch. No raises or reviews after 3 years of employment. Even if you do well no opportunity for advancement unless your close friends with someone. Very much an old boys club at management level. They watch you on cameras all day because they are extremely discriminatory. They are extremely cheap with staffing their stores. Overworking employees constantly. If you get an interview run and go the corporate side of T-Mobile. 1/10 company.
