      Commission can be high if you have a good store

      Cons

      Will get fired by regional manager because you don’t have a DM to tell you’re going to Urgent Care, so you get fired for “job abandonment” even though your store was fully covered

      They give u a cheesecake on NCD.

      Cons

      Ownership and management are nonexistent and completely out of touch. No raises or reviews after 3 years of employment. Even if you do well no opportunity for advancement unless your close friends with someone. Very much an old boys club at management level. They watch you on cameras all day because they are extremely discriminatory. They are extremely cheap with staffing their stores. Overworking employees constantly. If you get an interview run and go the corporate side of T-Mobile. 1/10 company.
