Pros
nice work in redling the contract, i.e, Contract Management.
Cons
Higher Management not concerned with its employee's. No transparency. Discrepancies in salary standard and no set bracket as per position. Many A.M's are earning less than Senior Associates. Management tries to give false hope to its employees in order to control attrition.
