Far from ideal Sales environment - Sales UnitedLex Employee Review

The President receives COMMISSION on sales so its an almost cannibalistic sales environment bc his ego is off the charts. He fired the best EVP they would rver have in just a year b/c he felt his "power" being threatened. The CEO also thinks he's all that and a bag of chips and they really don't care about anything but themselves. The attrition is glaring across all departments and that concerned me from the start. They are having a very hard time attracting worthy sales talent due to a terrible reputation.
