1) major identity issues 2) lacks compassion 3) management is bulky and structure is quite confusing 4) rather brutal when it comes to actual human issues 5) pay is lacking, especially compared to other providers. Major component of pay was taken away, but wasn’t surprising. 6) the company pretends to be a disruptor, but actually just undercuts their own clients and legal firms 7) they have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to speaking out about the company when their decisions negatively impact their people. 8) expects you to work 24/7 and will blame you for doing so. This company is fantastic at gaslighting.
