Pros
Currently work from home They pay for PLI so you can get CLE credit for free
Cons
As a Staff Attorney you are paid the same as a UPA but given more task and responsibility. Currently you are required to have 2000 hours for the year. UPAs can get OT but Staff Attorneys cannot. Their so called Bonus is a joke as its delayed pay if you hit the minimum of 50 extra hours plus 25 dollars. So a UPA can end up making more thay Staff Attorneys. They will make you think you need to be a SA to move up when in reality you don't. They also like to make you attend meetings then not allow you to bill for them so you do not get credit towards your hours.
