Not a Good Company - Projects UnitedLex Employee Review

The company needs to invest in management training. There is high turnover for certain positions and things are very unorganized. I never feel like I have all of the tools or resources to do my job efficiently. The different teams in the project cycle do not work together effectively and that harms our client. There also does not appear to be much opportunity for job mobility. Also, there were layoffs this year and minimal raises which hurt morale a lot and made things feel a lot less stable.
