Pros
Very sharp minds, a relaxed culture, and a heavy focus on hard work and skill advancement. Pleasant environment, great communication from management, first rate Human Resources. The company is growing at an insane pace and the execs are savvy about acquiring new accounts. Frequent meetings to update staff on current/past/upcoming issues, and management is heavily focused on developing employee skill sets and forging new territory.
Cons
Training is intense and very brief. A longer, less overbearing training program would benefit new hires who are shifting career sectors. While the culture is very relaxed, the work can get very intense. Burn out is an issue - one that management is aware of and works to counteract, but it is a high pressure field with heavy stakes and pressure for perfect performance.
