They don't really care about employees despite the crap they say. Unlimited PTO is subject to you making up the hours is you are salaried. They won't always have work for you but expect you to have the hours they require anyway. The work life balance is way off as they expect you to kill yourself at times The bonus structure is not good at all. Most of upper management is not good. They are out of touch with reality and at times favotism shows.
