CSG Team Account Manager - Account Manager Unitrends Employee Review

Talk about hating to wake up everyday to go to work!! I knew from my first day of employment this was going to be a horrible experience. Here are a few things that I didn't like about the position / company. - Managers might say they don't micro manage but your time and tasks are 100% micro managed. - If you get excited about receiving emails this is the place for you, your manager will send one out every 5 minutes. (It will include a creepy wink eye and of course every email is marked as urgent) - You are assigned a territory of current customers to call on to grow the account, well you end up calling all these customers 1-2 times a week. - High pressure sales tactics. - Wait until you find out the unique "algorithm" the manager uses to determine average, it's mind blowing!!
