Been here 10+ years and most of the employees have a long time here as well. Very flexible and they care about your work/life balance to the best of their abilities.

I can't think of any real cons. Maybe their health insurance could be better when you factor in we are a health care providing company.

Management.
Definitally have favorites.
Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
