From day one, I felt like a valued, essential member of the healthcare team at the Methodist and Lutheran hospitals. Plus, I truly feel that the patient's best interests are always in mind. The culture at UPH reminds me why Iowa is such a wonderful place to live.
Cons
Methodist and Lutheran are not small-town hospitals where everyone knows everyone. However, the employees manage to make it just as friendly.

Management.
Definitally have favorites.
Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
