      Manganent plays to much favorites too much politics. Make 3 minor mistakes and they will let you go. Very very strict.

      - Great coworkers/employees - Low stress - FTO is quite generous

      - Annual merit increases and bonuses are very disappointing every year - Lack of culture - Considering the size of the company, it is extremely frugal - Inconsistent management across teams
