Commission is based on growth compared to the previous year, due to this, there is a high turn over rate. Good luck if you lost a million-dollar business out of your control because they'll expect you to make up for it and you won't even get any commission. Motivate your sales reps to actually sell, there is no incentive for a rep to close a million dollar deal if he won't receive any commission.
Management, operations, and customer service is a mess at the moment with people constantly leaving, switching roles, and joining. They do not take feedback from reps and customers to make the necessary improvements. If you lost business due to poor customer service or operations messing up your order, good luck getting it back.
Management plays favorites and will refuse to help some reps if you're on their bad side.
