As such, we were able to expand our Works for Me program, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and launch of no meetings on Friday afternoons, and provide very generous time off to rest and recharge. Finally, no employee 401k match is taken away, but the annual retirement contribution made by the Company does require a three-year vest, as is communicated during onboarding in our benefits package.
