      Both a Pro and a Con - employer pays a portion of the premiums.

      Cons

      Employees portion of premiums continued to increase. Many physicians in all expertise are out of network. I had to change all my doctors as they don’t accept the insurance.

      - Great coworkers/employees - Low stress - FTO is quite generous

      Cons

      - Annual merit increases and bonuses are very disappointing every year - Lack of culture - Considering the size of the company, it is extremely frugal - Inconsistent management across teams
