Sadly with the move to private equity now all the focus is just on cost. Ex com is somewhat dysfunctional and really poor behavior is allowed to happen at that level, which sets a bad example (verbal bullying, not believing in diversity-some don’t even fake it, it’s pathetic). I would say it is a really insecure time to work there as Apollo is cutting left and right and you’re expendable despite performance.
