The pay was good if you lasted past the 90 period... I did not.
Cons
As a call center rep, be prepared to get yelled at by people almost all day long. The biggest complaint I ever received was customers saying that techs that were supposed to come to their home to fix their cable or internet never showed up, or DID show up and slowly drove by their home without ever knocking or ringing the doorbell to see if the client was home, and therefore I had to escalate the order.
