paid training, good health insurance, decent salaries

Cons

changes to workflow processes on a weekly basis, totally over work employees, demand mandatory overtime, middle management is a mess they dont know their back from their elbow, all employees are in a constant stress, anxiety and completely overwhelmed with the amount of tasks and work assigned to them an dit get worst every week.

Universal Property & Casualty Insurance company is a great place to work. The people and environment are amazing . Many opportunity's for growth and the pay is good. The benefits are also very good . I highly recommend working here and intend on being here a long time
