Great benefits, bonuses, yearly raises, and decent pay. Also there is room for growth! No micro managing (unless it’s to help you).

Cons

There is a lot to learn. But it’s only to benefit you with career with the company (Insurance Industry). Communication is Key!

Universal Property & Casualty Insurance company is a great place to work. The people and environment are amazing . Many opportunity's for growth and the pay is good. The benefits are also very good . I highly recommend working here and intend on being here a long time
