      Pros

      You meet great people. If you love music, and you are passionate about the projects, seeing them succeed is one of the best feelings.

      Cons

      Gender discrimination. Male chauvinist. They're more money driven versus arts driven. They don't really nurture new acts (unless there's nepotism involved).
