Pros
Amazing work environment, easy-going, helpful and understanding management. Decent compensation, although it can always be better. Great teambuilding trips, lots of flexibility regarding working hours. A cool place to unleash your creativity no matter which department you work for.
Cons
Ethical objections (a company that sues kids for a couple of dozen downloads? not cool), especially if you're an open source, libertarian kind of person. But these days it's tough finding a company you agree with 100%. Also, decision making is very slow, as in any big corporation, and a lot of money is wasted on slowdowns, waiting on upper management and cutting corners. Biggest con if you're a geek - AWFUL IT MANAGEMENT. Systems are from the last century and very bloated. New software development is managed very poorly with money wasted on sub-par quality software products.
