Very uneducated, unqualified and unprofessional managers including the Human Resource managers. People become managers and supervisors by how much butt they kiss and backs they stab. An over abundance of favoritism with food being the motivating factor. Several obese managers show favoritism towards employees which offers to buy lunch for them. If you are not kissing up you are excluded from concert tickets, extra long lunches and out of office parties. HR fully aware but look the other way and try to convince employees that they are the problem. Typical management and very common throughout the company.
