      Best reasons to work with them are: -they are the leaders in the Music industry -provide good salaries -provide possibilities for improvement and evolution from an entry position to a senior position in a few years

      Cons

      -unlimited commitment to a very corporate company, including nights and weekends, non stop. -difficulty maintaining a private life separated from the company
