      Pros

      Great working environment on the IT side of the business. The Management Team was extremely helpful with bringing me onboard and sharing knowledge. Opportunities are based on performance and your ability to deliver.

      Cons

      Parts of the company and in sectors. It took a long time to understand how the functions of our department played in the grand scheme of the business operations. For upper management it is clear, but for front line employees that knowledge is not always obvious or shared.

      Pros

      Enjoyed learning about new artists/music. Worked with some great, talented colleagues. Benefits were top notch.

      Cons

      This is a fear-based culture through and through. Most are in a constant state of fight or flight. I’d never experienced such a volatile environment which was largely driven from the top. Huge pay disparity between upper management and rest of staff.
