Pros
Great benefits and severance package. Lots of variety in the job as music and artists are always changing. You'll never be bored. Good job if you're passionate about working in the music industry. They are the biggest music company in the world so you get to work many genres of music.
Cons
Music is a tremendously challenged industry. The landscape is contracting rather than expanding. Frequent layoffs mean if you survive you say goodbye to your colleagues and get their work. Be prepared for an incredible workload and not much opportunity for advancement.
