Pros
Management always readily available to assist whenever needed. The job itself is responding to Guests over social media about their Guest Services concerns. You can work at your own pace, and only communicate with Guests over social media channels. It's a lot more relaxing than working at a call center. You have all the wonderful benefits of Universal and get to work backstage out of Guest view. It's a small team which has pros and cons to it as well.
Cons
You have to work very late some nights. You do have to work weekends and holidays. Not a consistent schedule, you come into work at varying times in the day. At times the Guests can be a handful, but if you've ever worked in a theme park this is nothing new or out of the ordinary. Since the hours are so irregular it can be hard to have a social life outside of work without hindering the entire work operation.
