Pros
I've been working in attractions at Universal for years now. The company is big, fun and I honestly feel like it cares about the team members. Universal respects its front-line employees and has incentives in place to keep us happy. -Benefits and perks are great. You always get into its parks for free plus you get plenty of comp tickets. -management practices an open door policy so you're able to talk them if you have an issue or want to discuss furthering your career at Universal. - The venue I work at is very flexible when it comes to switching shifts with other team members. - Pay is fair. I started at $10 an hour and have had two raises in the past two years.
Cons
It's a customer service job, so dealing with guests can be very difficult at times. There were a few times when I felt management should've backed me up on things, but for the most part they did.
