Pros

This is a good place to work and feel good about what you do! Rewards for employees are greater today than they were a year ago! Management very focused on the people! Family and professional oriented environment. Employees really care from hourly workers up to the executive leadership team.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are growing pains. Not a lot of electronic technology or systems.

Nothing positive to say so keeping it short

Cons

LOW PAY! Company does not care for their employees You pay minimum wage and expect top dollar employees You preach safety at hire and then safety goes out the window. They dont care about us peons. Employees get hurt and they say your not hurt! Employee benefits are the WORST I have ever seen. Employees are spending every dollar they make for poor insurance.
