Pros

part-time benefits, able to move up quickly, 4-6 months, great management, cares about employees, free meal vouchers, great place to work throughout high school and college, meet people from all around the world. At the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, theming is huge, getting to act as a magical person was awesome, if you're a super fan, it's a dream job. Work in the restaurant as a greeter, cashier, server, busser, bartender, or in the kitchen, or as a member of management as a trainer, team captain, manager, etc. Cares about the guests and employees.

Cons

team member stays can be short or long-term, angry guests, hot and rainy weather outside on the carts.

Pros

Inclusive workplace for queer folk Team Captains who seem to genuinely care for their guards Supervisors make an effort to interact with the lifeguards, and are often available for the guards to talk to

Cons

Often, medical emergency incidents are not brought up or addressed in any way after they occur and are dealt with. Staff is often not told about what is actually occurring in the park, even in serious circumstances, such as cops entering the park.
