      Pros

      Really good environment, everyone supports each other. Training is comprehensive and you are briefed on possible scenarios that may happen with guests. Would recommend this as a first job, especially for those above 18 yo.

      Cons

      The compensation really isn't great, casuals who work here are definitely not here for the money but the experience or the flexibility.

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
