Pros

***Incredible insurance benefits! Part-timers can even enroll with the company insurance, it is simplified but still amazing to even get it as part-time! Furthermore both cover gender dysphoria/HRT treatments/surgeries! ***My copay for full top surgery was only $250!!! *Good, solid management that will be there for you. Show good work ethic and you'll be well cared for. Want/need a transfer to another area? They'll make it happen ASAP based on your needs. *Wonderful teamwork! Shift time trades to help one another. Doubling or skipping positions in rotation to relieve any stress. Always looking out for one another; quick to jump in to assist with any guest situations so you're not alone!

Cons

*Those over-the-top guest situations...thankfully not as bad with the Covid Restrictions gone, but still. Of course that's any job with guest service, but theme parks have it the worst hands down! It's important to not take anything personally even if called out by a disgruntled guest. *One radio channel for all attractions in UO and IOA, and one channel for "private" detailed situations to discuss in length. You constantly have to wait for air silence in order to call. *The parks don't provide a good variety of rides. Most are motion simulators, 3D, or thrilling roller-coasters. If you can't stomach that you don't have much to do other than shows and few kiddie rides. *On that note there aren't much rides for the toddlers; most height requirements are 40-42" lowest at 34". If your 3yr old that you had to pay for still isn't tall enough, too bad no rides for them.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
