Pros
- Free lunch - Free transport into the park from a train station - Interactive and interesting as you get to interact with guests from many different countries - Conducive work environment with pleasant colleagues and bosses - Youthful work environment as most of the employees are students
Cons
- Pay system is fixed, and across the board a minimal rate - Not much chance for growth in this particular position - A great part time job for students to earn a little pocket money, but not a career step.
