      Pay is great, benefits are very good also.

      Cons

      Culture of organization needs work inside Universal Creative that runs the theme park build. They treat most employees like human capital, expect long hours, high stress and overall just lack of respect for employees.

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
