This is the most unstable company I have ever worked for. There is so much favoritism in the departments. The managers are very unprofessional don't have basic communication skills. Most have worked here all their lives and don't want to see change. The pay is horrible as well as the Union. Not a good place to work and definitely not a company who values their employees.
