Pros

***NOTE: This review is for the offsite administrative offices, not for working in the theme parks AND last yr with company was before 2020, but that’s the oldest date Glassdoor allows users to choose*** Very busy and exciting environment. Departments worked well together to keep things moving ahead. Good sense of teamwork with collaborative efforts. Overall, a great place to work; would work there again.

Cons

Because plans DO change, especially after a brainstorm meeting with creatives & executives, be ready to roll with adjustments. If, for example, you’ve just perfectly compiled multiple copies of thick collated documents and then receive word that managers have suddenly decided to go in a different direction, that does not invalidate your work—so no need for frustration. Simply move onto the next task. But do be prepared for last-minute changes.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
