Pros
Easy If you know the supervisor on a personal level you can be late all you want
Cons
No growth opportunities, nepotism, SMART is extremely outdated and VERY inefficient. Outdated and inefficient business practices, change is good. When asked why things are done a certain way, same response, "that's the way it's always been done". Poor moral. TONS OF GOSSIP, RIF layoffs are a pattern (if it keeps happening, fix it). Metric based on how many questions you ask? Employees are never even showed so called metrics. Supervisors don't even know what they are doing, no training for new employees, expected to learn everything as you go and if you make a mistake because of your lack of training and lack of a competent supervisor, forget about it.
