Pros
The instructors are great to work with, benefits are good
Cons
There is a definite line between Education Managers, Upper management and Instructors. When having applied for an Education Manager position I was told it was a US against the instructors and asked which side I would be on. So sad this should not be this way, education for the up and coming is where everyone should have their focus. Instead, there is a lot of animosity among all, and it makes the job hard to do. Education Managers want the testing even easier. Already the students get a +1 or +2 on their tests just for running the videos and they do not have to watch, just hit play and walk away. We are told not to instruct and basically act as facilitators. The quality of education the students are receiving caused by upper management is horrible. The school is just there to keep students in the seats so that they can keep collecting off of them. Unfortunately, the students in the end are the ones that suffer. There are other cons, think twice before working here unless you do not care about anything other than collecting a paycheck. Also try and take time off, good luck, you are supposed to find a replacement for you when your off. ? isn't that what management should be doing when you get approved time off.
