Owner is a money hungry dictator and tyrant lacking good leadership and management skills. Owner chooses to focus on faults rather than strengths. Changes policies based on mood of the day. Sends out demeaning emails to full department rather than talking to individuals about issues. Fires individuals before discussing work issues and supporting improvement. Has issue with employees not willing to work 50 hour work weeks on a consistent basis. Sets unrealistic financial goals without hiring new employees with strong experience then punishes them when making mistakes without training because seasoned employees can not train new hires because they are work overloaded. Requires employees to preform unethical practices. Does not care about anything other than fiscal goals. Antiquated software. Manufacturing department creates issues with lack of communication regarding engineering practices, then complains about reoccurring issues. No Disability Insurance at all.
