False Promises - Anonymous employee Universe Employee Review

They require you to work over 45 hours a week. The work is very stressful and they sometimes demand projects with a one-day turnover. No job growth. I was placed in a position that I was not hired for and never moved out of it. No work reviews on performance. There are no yearly raises. The raise is based on “performance”, but no performance reviews are given. They seem to constantly fire people with no reason. The equipment and software is very outdated which can be a negative impact on furthering skills on software.
