Pros
Even though we're technically a department under UEI, it's still convenient having all of their services located on campus.
Cons
Paperwork and such can take awhile to get processed. Sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of anyone in HR over the phone when you have questions. They aren't transparent about how much experience is really required in order to negotiate a pay raise.
